Orders are shipped within 7 days of purchase.

All orders are shipped from Australia.

 

Carriers:

I use Australia Post.

 

Shipping Destinations:

I ship within Australia and internationally to all countries serviced by Australia Post. 

 

Tracking:

All orders include tracking numbers, which will be provided once your order has shipped. 

 

Shipping Fees: 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Please note that as every piece is individually handcrafted, I am unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind. 

If an item arrives damaged, please contact me at thestore@jacquirae.com immediately with images of the outer box, the damage on the item and the shipping label.
